Your bins, in one place

Build your bin yard

Start with a bin number, its capacity and what is in it now. Add more bins or yards as you need them.

Add a bin

Need a capacity estimate?

Enter 0 for an empty bin. Bushels use the selected crop's standard weight.

Enter a capacity to see how full the bin is.

Grade and moisture (optional)

Your draft stays in this browser. No bins added yet.

Your yard map

Drag bins into place. Tap one to edit its details. You can also use the arrow keys to move a focused bin.

Add your first bin using the form.

Your bins will appear here.

Keep your yard for next time

Sign up or sign in to save all yards, capacities and grain amounts to your farm. The app also keeps contracts, deliveries and settlements when you need them. Your current bin snapshot and notes transfer after you confirm. Free during early access.

Your browser draft and your farm account

Your bins are saved automatically in this browser when storage is available. Clearing site data, using private browsing or changing devices can remove access to that draft. Download a backup to keep a separate copy, including your recent local movements.

Signing in adds a snapshot of your current bins, notes and quantities to your farm after confirmation. The browser movement history stays in your backup. The app has its own load and movement records. The public tracker is free without an account. The app is free during early access; see account pricing for what follows.

Calculate a bin's capacity if you do not know it. For annual reporting, use a copy of your current bin amounts in the production-report tally. Current stocks are only part of a production report: check the crop year and add delivered grain.

Were you paid right on your last grain settlement?

Send me a photo of the settlement, and the contract if you have it. Within a day I’ll email you back what each line is, what’s worth asking the buyer about, and any grade or payment deadline that’s still open. Free, no account.

Ruslan Glick, Winnipeg. Not a farmer, so I check against your contract and the grain rules, not opinions. Top Crop Manager wrote about GrainPosition.

Email me a photo of it

Send only what you’re comfortable with. I read it myself, with GrainPosition’s photo reader (Anthropic’s Claude), use it only to check your settlement, and delete it after I reply unless you ask me to set up your book. I’ll reply from hello@grainposition.com and send nothing else unless you ask. Privacy
